What we'll be covering

We are excited to be running a brand new club for children in Years 3-8 on Tuesdays 4.45-5.45pm with end2end TV at Burnt Oak Junior School, DA15 9DA. Children are very welcome to join our team for the remaining sessions! Using our 3 x HD studio cameras in the Burnt Oak TV studio, we will be making FUN News Programmes like the award winning [Burnt Oak] Newsround. Follow this link to watch a short video: https://vimeo.com/691951306 This club is suitable for those who have been on other e2e TV clubs, as well as absolute beginners. We will take you through the whole process of making real News Programmes! You will be using the Burnt Oak Junior School TV control room and 3 x camera green screen studio, as well as filming on location and editing in the ICT Suite. Behind the camera you will be learning about filming live using manual settings, mixing sound and vision, sound recording and other skills. If you would like to be in front of the camera, you will be learning about advanced interviewing, presenting and demonstrating skills. It's going to be a lot of fun and we can't wait to meet our Summer team! Ten sessions are £145, but you can join at any time through the term (prices will reflect remaining sessions). All bookings will be confirmed after we have received the £25 deposit. Various payment options available.
